High-quality social dialogue

In accordance with regulations, the Employee Representative Body is represented by the Comité d’Entreprise (workers’ committee), staff representatives and a member of the CHSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) who represent the two sides of the company. The elected members and the management work closely together, meeting monthly and as required for regulatory procedural issues. Arbé thus sets in place a relationship of trust and a healthy work environment for all – good industrial relations are very important for the company.

The ISTNC (Institut supérieur du travail Nouvelle-Calédonie – New Caledonia’s Higher Institute for Labour Studies) provides industrial relations training, helping to promote good social dialogue within the company. These training groups are made up of people from outside the company and are attended by employee representatives and members of the management team.
