High-quality social dialogue<\/h2>\n

In accordance with regulations, the Employee Representative Body is represented by the Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Entreprise (workers\u2019 committee), staff representatives and a member of the CHSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) who represent the two sides of the company. The elected members and the management work closely together, meeting monthly and as required for regulatory procedural issues. Arb\u00e9 thus sets in place a relationship of trust and a healthy work environment for all \u2013 good industrial relations are very important for the company.<\/p>\n

The ISTNC (Institut sup\u00e9rieur du travail Nouvelle-Cal\u00e9donie – New Caledonia\u2019s Higher Institute for Labour Studies) provides industrial relations training, helping to promote good social dialogue within the company. These training groups are made up of people from outside the company and are attended by employee representatives and members of the management team.
