The integration of our collaborators\/employees involves the provision of a welcome booklet upon arrival and an individual interview with their hierarchical supervisor. All employees are invited to attend a half-day training session<\/strong> to facilitate their integration, covering generic topics such as Health and Safety, Environment, Human Resources, etc.<\/p>\n

For this, we favor a personalized approach for each individual, an approach that is based on an essential tool: the annual review<\/strong>.
