Arb\u00e9 firmly believes that internships play a crucial role in acquiring a thorough understanding of the profession, in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as well as in evaluating the competencies necessary for integration into the professional world. They represent an essential element in confirming the career choices of young people.<\/p>\n

With this in mind, Arb\u00e9 has established close partnerships with various educational institutions and their students, both locally and in mainland France. We welcome students with diverse profiles, coming from different cultures and experiences, ranging from vocational training certificates (CAP) to engineering degrees.<\/p>\n

Aware of the importance of offering opportunities to populations distant from the economic center of Noum\u00e9a, Arb\u00e9 also welcomes interns from high schools on the islands and from the North Province.<\/p>\n

Our company actively engages with schools on a daily basis: site visits are regularly organized with vocational high schools and vocational training centers (CFA) on our flagship projects, thus offering students the opportunity to experience the reality of the field. Every year, we participate in examination panels to strengthen the link between school and industry.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Arb\u00e9 invests in apprenticeship and vocational training, thus preparing young people for professional qualifications. We train them in the culture and image of our company, addressing our needs effectively. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship that we renew each year.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Arb\u00e9 collaborates with existing institutions to train young adults seeking employment, whom we welcome for periods of several months. These individuals alternate between work in the company and theoretical courses provided by specialized training centers (Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Construction Industry Training Association, Adapted Military Service…).
