To achieve this, we pool our material and human resources. For example, on a quay built using the advanced method, our Foundations and Civil Engineering teams will alternately drive the piles and carry out the civil engineering for the structure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Engineering structures<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arb\u00e9 has carried out a considerable proportion of the work in New Caledonia, demonstrating its expertise in the construction of numerous structures using prestressed concrete beams.<\/p>\n<p>We offer optimal solutions to meet customer needs and site constraints.<\/p>\n<p>Our experience and lifting resources enable us to offer a wide range of solutions. For example, we are able to design a cost-optimized prestressed I-beam bridge over a 20-meter span. However, for submersible structures subject to impact, we recommend solid girders. We can also recommend the use of flat pre-stressed beams or narrow pre-stressed girders to reduce the size of the entire deck.<\/p>\n<p>We also build mixed concrete\/steel structures, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/pont-de-dumbea-rt1\/\"><strong>Dumb\u00e9a bridge<\/strong><\/a> , comprising 7 spans of 35 meters each. This is a perfect illustration of our know-how.<\/p>\n<p>We also have extensive experience in the construction of smaller span PIPO and PICF bridges, notably along the northern and southern expressways near Noum\u00e9a.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our wide range of lifting equipment, we also excel in the installation of small prefabricated frames. We analyze each case individually to determine the most suitable method in terms of cost and time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finally, we also offer an innovative process in partnership with MATIERE: the UNIBRIDGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The UNIBRIDGE is a series-produced composite or steel deck structure, which can be used as a permanent or movable bridge. The cost and speed of construction are highly attractive, particularly for large spans (up to 40m in a single span) and in isolated locations.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a video of another of our projects: a metal footbridge with concrete slabs on the RT1 motorway at Rivi\u00e8re Sal\u00e9e.[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GGwzbaHZczs&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1707196185973{margin-bottom: 5px !important;}&#8221;][vc_btn title=&#8221;Arb\u00e9 videos on Youtube&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2F%40arbenc|target:_blank&#8221; el_class=&#8221;btn&#8211;beta&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Industrial projects<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arb\u00e9 is involved in major industrial projects, and we have played a major role in all major mining projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Major works for SLN on the Doniambo plant and mines (Tiebaghi and Kop\u00e9to in particular)<\/li>\n<li>Strong involvement of our teams in the KNS northern plant construction project: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/kns-fondations-de-la-centrale-electrique\/\">civil engineering for the power plant<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/kns-fondations-du-convoyeur-vavouto-kone\/\">15 km of conveyor belt<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/kns-fondations-des-ouvrages-sur-mine\/\">various mine structures<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Regular presence on the site of the southern plant, Prony Ressources, for various works. In 2022, we participated in the construction of foundations and support structures for the Lucy project. This is the tailings treatment plant for the extraction process. For this project, our teams poured 17,000 cubic meters of concrete in a very short space of time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For these exceptionally large, highly constrained projects, we are able to mobilize the personnel, equipment and management resources required to meet the customer&#8217;s demands in terms of safety, deadlines and quality.<\/p>\n<p>We also build smaller technical structures such as water treatment plants, reservoirs, silos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our versatility and the autonomy of our teams, we can work on projects of any size for all our customers, especially miners, while adapting to the specific constraints of different sites.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\"><strong>Special work<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Arb\u00e9 can also handle very specific jobs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Repairs and rehabilitation work:<\/strong> on engineering structures (including reconstitution of damaged concrete, but also replacement of railings and complete rehabilitation);
