These include the successful completion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/dumbea-mall\/\">Dumb\u00e9a Mall<\/a> shopping complex in 2017, Les Jardins d&#8217;Apogoti in 2020 and, more recently, the Hyper U NOVA shopping center in Pa\u00efta.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the efficient collaboration of our teams, we also take responsibility for the foundations of such structures, which can prove complex.<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/ncprefa.nc\/\">NC Pr\u00e9fa<\/a> (a production unit specializing in reinforcement and prefabrication), we offer solutions incorporating prestressed beams and precast slabs, enabling us to considerably optimize the lead time for this type of structure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A few examples of our work<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hyper U shopping center in Pa\u00efta (under construction)<\/li>\n<li>Family park in Apogoti<\/li>\n<li>Les terrasses de l&#8217;Anse Uar\u00e9 (Carrefour Market Ducos)<\/li>\n<li>Parking Silo at the Simply Market shopping center in Motor Pool<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/centre-commercial-le-plexus\/\">Le PLEXUS&#8221; complex<\/a>, Ducos<\/li>\n<li>Parking Higginson, rue S\u00e9bastopol<\/li>\n<li>Cin\u00e9 City cinema&#8230;etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Industrial buildings : Docks and logistics platforms<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Recently, Arb\u00e9 has broadened its scope of activity to include the construction of logistics warehouses, mechanical workshops and factories.<\/p>\n<p>These projects can be undertaken independently or as part of a general contract.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/dock-caltrac\/\">CALTRAC dock<\/a> in Pa\u00efta illustrates our ability to carry out large-scale projects as a general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Arb\u00e9 has specialized in the construction of all-concrete frameworks. This method, combined with the installation of prefabricated elements, enables us to rapidly build high-rise structures with a high-quality finish.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/batiment-realisations\/plateforme-goodman-fielder\/\">Goodman Fielder&#8217;s<\/a> La Coul\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbe.nc\/batiment-realisations\/plateforme-goodman-fielder\/\">plant<\/a> is the first example of an all-concrete structure with prefabricated, encased columns.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5tu7lt5CAvY\">See the video of the plant&#8217;s completion.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Some of our achievements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SIFA logistics platform in Dumb\u00e9a (Dock IES)<\/li>\n<li>150-ton mine workshop at KNS<\/li>\n<li>Costentin dock in Pa\u00efta<\/li>\n<li>NC PREFA dock in Pa\u00efta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Office buildings<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arb\u00e9 also offers its services for the design and construction of office buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment and fleet of cranes, we are able to offer innovative solutions and shorter lead times for this type of project, making extensive use of prefabricated elements.<\/p>\n<p>We have already completed several thousand square meters in the Greater Noum\u00e9a region. Our experienced and highly qualified teams guarantee the quality of our achievements in this field.<\/p>\n<p>The following office projects have been completed in recent years:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R+4 office building for Arbe Promotion, Koutio (7,400 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<li>Le Lys Rouge&#8221; office building, Noum\u00e9a (20,600 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<li>Le Norwich&#8221; office building, Noum\u00e9a (6,800 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<li>DITTT administrative services building and DIMENC geochemistry laboratory, Noum\u00e9a (2,900 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<li>USOENC headquarters, Ducos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Housing<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We have long specialized in real estate operations for private and public developers and social housing organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Our organizational structure, based on tried-and-tested methods and modern equipment, enables us to take on a wide range of projects, from apartment blocks to high-rise buildings.<\/p>\n<p>We have erected a significant number of shell housing units in Noumea and the greater Noumea region. The pinnacle of our activity remains the two PACIFIQUE ARCADE towers. These 18-storey towers, located at the entrance to the city, illustrate our regional expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Our other projects, although smaller in scale, demonstrate our ability to meet construction challenges ranging from the simplest to the most complex.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social housing in Dumb\u00e9a Sur Mer: R\u00e9sidence M&#8217;Ba and R\u00e9sidence Cloezia<\/li>\n<li>Social housing in the Dumb\u00e9a ZAC: Tanima, Takut\u00e9a 2, Martawi &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate housing: R\u00e9sidence Bellevue in Magenta, R\u00e9sidence Alcyone in Koutio, Le Lys Rouge in the town center with underground parking below sea level, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Luxury accommodation: R\u00e9sidence Le Belza on the hillside bay of the orphanage, R\u00e9sidence Eden Rock&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sidence Sunset-B, Baie des Citrons (under construction in 2024)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Hotels<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We also put our skills and technical expertise to work on hotel complexes throughout the Grande Terre region.<\/p>\n<p>Arb\u00e9&#8217;s two major hotel complex projects are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The RAMADA PLAZA complex in Noum\u00e9a, with its two towers and panoramic revolving restaurant on the top floor.<\/li>\n<li>The SHERATON 4* hotel in Bourail, for which Arb\u00e9 built the shell of 17 collective buildings, the general services and the 850 m\u00b2 ovoid swimming pool.<br \/>\nThese projects highlight Arb\u00e9&#8217;s ability to deliver this type of project in terms of quality and on-time delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #dc5136;\">Public facilities<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arb\u00e9 has been involved in a number of hospital and school projects in the region:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative buildings such as the Joint Command Center (EMIA)<\/li>\n<li>Various secondary schools, such as the Coll\u00e8ge de Kam\u00e9r\u00e9 and the Lyc\u00e9e du Mont-Dore<\/li>\n<li>Sports facilities<\/li>\n<li>Gaston Bourret Hospital&#8217;s P emergency building, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, the most important project is the construction of the Koutio M\u00e9dip\u00f4le.
